Your notebooks
The Notebooks page on the Oceanum.io dashboard lists the Jupyter notebooks you have saved to Oceanum.io. Find it at dashboard.oceanum.io/notebooks, or through Notebooks in the dashboard navigation.
Two buttons at the top of the page open JupyterLab at notebook.oceanum.io, and this documentation.
The listing
Section titled “The listing”The page shows two sections, each with a count of what it holds:
-
Owned — notebooks you saved yourself.
-
Shared with me — notebooks other people have shared with you.
Each row gives the notebook’s name, its description if it has one, and when it was created. Selecting a row opens that notebook in JupyterLab in a new tab, through the same link the Share on Oceanum… dialog produces.
You need to be signed in: signed out, the page asks you to sign in rather than showing an empty list.
If a notebook is missing
Section titled “If a notebook is missing”A saved notebook belongs to the organisation you were acting as when you created it. If one you expect is not listed, check that you are in the right organisation — switch from your avatar at the top right.
How notebooks get here
Section titled “How notebooks get here”Save a notebook from Oceanum Notebooks with File → Save to Oceanum, and it appears under Owned. Notebooks that colleagues share with you, and public ones, appear under Shared with me. See Saving and sharing.
